Shipping policy

Shipping policy NOTE: DUE TO OUR LARGE INVENTORY, WE HAVE MULTIPLE WAREHOUSE HOLDINGS AND THEREFORE ORDERS WILL ARRIVE INDIVIDUALLY.

Please allow 10-20 business days to receive your item(s).

Please be aware that shipping may take longer for countries outside the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, and its territories). For some European countries, it may take up to 40 regular days to receive your item(s). Please contact us if it has been more than 40 days and you have not received your item(s). Items may be shipped in separate packages with no additional shipping charge.

Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled within 2-3 days.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing, and a further email will be provided when you order has been dispatched (remember to check your spam!) Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS PROCESSING TIME. Please note for some very high demand items it may take 1-3 WEEKS SHIPPING TIME due to reproduction and restocking depending on your shipping location. Items may be shipped in separate packages with no additional shipping charges. Cancellation of your order or any changes in your order is only allowed up to 24 hours from your order time. If it exceeds 24 hours, we are not able to cancel or change the order.

We will send tracking numbers for your packages to your email address and/or phone when we receive them from our carriers.

In most cases, tracking will be available. Sometimes shipping takes longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods. We thank you for your patience in these situations.
